At Ame’s Secret, we want you to love what you have ordered from our website and that you are completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, just inform us. We are pleased to offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases, except for earrings due to hygienic purpose. We must receive the items back in their original condition, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the date you received them for a full refund less shipping and handling fees.

To help us better service our customers; please include the reason for the return. To return the item, please wrap your item securely to avoid damage in transit. We strongly recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for lost or damage of return shipments. Please describe the item as “ornaments” if you need to declare it for postage. Please DO NOT use any words related to “jewellery” to prevent theft. We will issue a credit to your original method of payment once we received the returned items in a satisfactory condition.
Please understand that items that have been altered, worn or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
At Ame’s Secret, we will always make sure that you receive the exact item that you purchased as your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason, the wrong item is sent, please contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to send you the correct item free of charge or a full refund on the incorrect item including shipping cost.
